Due to Mitronics’ business and  technology growth, we are excited to announce, we have a new Customer Service/Office Supplies Representative. This is a great opportunity for growth within the Company. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our fun dynamic team, this is for a full time position based in West Ryde. This is a great opportunity for personal growth and position is highly suitable for a local resident. Must be well groomed & professional.  Must be eager to learn, hard-working individual and self-motivated. 

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Admin Duties
  • Exceptional Customer Service 
  • Helping the Marketing department 
  • Daily Reception Relief
  • Data Entry 
  • Service admin support 

Required skills:

  • Must be confident with dealing with clients over the phone
  • Intermediate computer and MS Office skills
  • Organization and planning skills
  • Professionalism and well presented 
  • Current Drivers License preferred but not essential 
  • Experience is recommended but training will be supplied
